AWS Cloud Clubs are student-led communities supported by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to promote cloud computing knowledge and hands-on experience. These clubs focus on skill development, innovation, and collaboration among students.
Launched in 2006, AWS has established around 102 Cloud Clubs across universities worldwide, providing students with access to AWS tools and resources.
The clubs offer various opportunities, including hackathons, hands-on labs, certifications, scholarships, and networking events, helping students build careers in cloud computing.
In Madhya Pradesh, there are only three active AWS Cloud Clubs, one of which is the AWS Cloud Club at MediCaps University. The AWS Cloud Club provides a supportive environment where participants can engage with experts, share experiences, and work on real-world projects. The club's activities include conducting sessions, seminars, workshops, competitions, and events to foster student learning and encourage exploration to enhance understanding and broaden their horizons.
The club's goal encompasses various tasks focused on enhancing individual knowledge, promoting collaboration, fostering exploration, and building networks. Earning AWS certifications and gaining hands-on experience offer students a valuable advantage in their college journey.
